Smoked wagyu beef cheek, creamy herbed polenta, trued Petrichor farms

mushrooms, rainbow baby carrots, bourbon braising jus.

Pumpkin bourbon caramel an, dark chocolate, candied pecan crumble,

Chantilly cream, spiced dust, fresh mint
