Celebrate the flavors, rhythms, and stories of the Caribbean at this vibrant evening hosted by Tzeva and Art Ovation Hotel. Begin the night at 6:00 PM with a cocktail reception and a signature island-inspired welcome drink. Then, take your seat for a three-course Caribbean-themed dinner at 7:30 PM, featuring bold, colorful dishes and expertly crafted pairings.

Enjoy live entertainment and engaging talks from artists featured in Art Ovation's Fall 2025 Exhibition, blending food, culture, and creativity in true Sarasota style. 

Valet parking is included.

First Course

Jamaican lobster Peppapot, lemongrass, ginger, ham hock, green plantains, pimentos, callaloo, semolina "spinners". 

Second Course 

Jamaican jerk airline chicken breast, Caribbean snapper escovitch skewer, saffron Jazmine rice and peas, Trinidad callaloo, mango-mint relish. 

Third Course

Grilled mango pound cake Trifle, spiced pineapple compote, tropical fruit, Chantilly cream.
