Course One
Tomato-ponzu melon salad, honeydew, cantaloupe, English cucumber, FL shrimp, ginger, sesame, micro shiso, togarashi spice blend, rice crackers.
Served with Japanese clear soup, shiitake mushroom, carrot, snow pea, wakame seaweed.

Course Two
Tokyo Salaryman Set
Pork gyoza, soy dipping sauce, Yakitori skewer, Meyer lemon, volcano salt, miso-yuzu marinated black seabass, miso pickles.
Paired with Toki Japanese Whiskey
Course Three
Grilled wagyu strip, Street stall style soy glaze, tuna nigiri display, tempura Okinawan sweet potato, baby Japanese eggplant dengaku(sweet soybean glaze).
Paired with Hibiki Japanese Whiskey
Course Four
Matcha green tea crepe cake, FL strawberries, Chantille cream.
